Services, scope, turnaround and reference rates for the agencies that work with Apta.
Design, development and video under one roof, so a launch can go from brand to site to video without changing studios. Pick a category to jump to its prices.
A reference you can open whenever a client asks for something: what we make, what each service covers, how long it takes and the range it usually costs.
Every service has a range and a turnaround, so you can build your proposal and know where our part lands before you call us.
Add services as you browse. The estimate adds up the ranges and lets you copy a summary or send it to us.
One project at a time, a block of hours, or a monthly retainer. All three are priced on the same base.
These are reference rates we use only with partner agencies. Each request is still priced on its own, by the complexity of the work and the hours our team assesses after a short brief.
They already sit at our minimum margin. A lower number comes from a smaller scope (fewer pieces, pages, formats or rounds), never from a discount on the same scope.
A change of direction or new production is scoped before we start.
The low end is the leanest version of that scope. The high end is the fuller one: more pieces, pages, formats or complexity.
Example: pitch deck. The range follows the number of slides and how much content design is involved.
Search a service or jump to a category. Turnaround counts from the approved brief. Websites have their own section below, by platform and size.

You send the brief, we reply with a fixed quote based on the hours of the scope, and production starts once you approve it.
Best for a defined piece of work with a clear deadline.
Best for irregular demand, with no monthly commitment. You approve each estimate in hours before we start, and unused hours carry over.
A fixed monthly fee for a set volume of hours. We plan the month with you, and your requests get priority turnaround.

The more of this we get up front, the tighter the quote and the faster we start.
If yours isn't here, ask Pedro directly.
They are reference ranges. After a short brief, our team estimates the work in hours and sends a fixed written quote, usually within 24 hours. You approve it before anything starts.
The low end is the leanest version of that scope; the high end is the fuller one, with more pieces, pages, formats or complexity. A short deck and a long, data-heavy one sit on the same line.
These rates already sit at our minimum margin, so we don’t discount the same scope. We fit the budget by adjusting the scope: fewer pieces, pages, formats or rounds, or a project split into phases.
As many as the piece needs, within the direction agreed in the brief: copy, layout, color, type, crops and exports. A change of direction, such as a new concept or redoing approved work from scratch, is new production and is scoped before we start.
No. We work behind your agency, under your brand. All files stay with you, and we only show white-label work publicly if you allow it.
Projects are usually 50% to start and 50% on delivery, or monthly installments on larger scopes. Hour packages and retainers are agreed when you sign up. We invoice in USD and accept card, Wise or bank transfer.
Yes. Rush and weekend work are available and quoted before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Ask us. Packaging, for example, is quoted per scope. If it sits within design, development or video, we will most likely scope it.
